Analytics Export

Analytics Export lets you download your social media performance data as a CSV file. This is useful for creating reports, importing data into spreadsheets or BI tools, sharing metrics with stakeholders, or performing custom analysis beyond what the in-app dashboard provides.

Exports are available from the Analytics & Insights page for any organization. You can choose different timeframes to export exactly the data range you need.

The Export button is located in the top-right corner of the Analytics & Insights page, next to the Refresh button. Clicking it opens a dropdown menu with timeframe options.

Three export timeframes are available:

• 7 Days — Last week's data, ideal for weekly reports
• 30 Days — Last month's data, great for monthly reviews
• 90 Days — Last quarter's data, useful for trend analysis

The exported CSV contains per-post analytics data including:

• Post ID and platform
• Post content (caption text)
• Published date and time
• Impressions and reach
• Likes, comments, shares, saves, and clicks
• Engagement rate
• Post status

The file is exported as a standard CSV (Comma-Separated Values) file that can be opened in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Apple Numbers, or any spreadsheet application. The first row contains column headers for easy identification.

The file is named with the pattern analytics-export-[timeframe].csv for easy organization.

Common use cases for analytics exports include:

• Stakeholder reporting — Share performance data with leadership or clients in a familiar spreadsheet format.
• Custom analysis — Build pivot tables, charts, or custom calculations beyond the built-in dashboard.
• Archival — Keep historical records of social media performance for long-term tracking.
• Cross-tool integration — Import data into BI tools like Tableau, Looker, or Power BI for advanced visualization.
