Stay Consistent with PostPilot - Your AI Social Media Copilot
Dashboard Overview
Navigate your dashboard, view stats, and manage organizations at a glance.
Overview
The PostPilot dashboard is your central command center for managing all of your social media organizations, posts, and platforms. It is the first screen you see after logging in and provides an at-a-glance summary of your entire PostPilot workspace.
The dashboard is designed around a glass-morphism aesthetic with translucent cards, subtle gradients, and smooth transitions. Every element adapts to your system theme automatically, providing a comfortable experience in both light and dark modes.
This guide covers each major section of the dashboard so you can navigate confidently and take full advantage of the available tools.
Stats Bar
At the top of the dashboard, the stats bar displays three key metrics in a horizontal row of glass-styled cards: your total number of organizations, total posts across all organizations, and total connected platforms. Each stat card shows a numeric value with a label and a subtle icon.
These numbers update in real time as you create organizations, generate content, or connect new platforms. The stats bar gives you an immediate sense of the scale and health of your PostPilot workspace without needing to drill into individual organizations.
If you are managing content for multiple clients or brands, the stats bar is particularly useful for tracking growth across your entire portfolio at a glance.
Organization Cards
Below the stats bar, your organizations are displayed as a responsive grid of cards. Each organization card shows the organization name, industry badge, connected platform icons, and a preview of the most recently generated posts.
Clicking an organization card navigates you to that organization's dedicated dashboard, where you can manage posts, generate new content, view analytics, and adjust settings. The card also includes quick-access buttons for common actions like generating content or opening settings.
Organization cards are sorted by most recent activity by default. The card layout adapts to your screen size, displaying a single column on mobile and up to three columns on larger screens.
Each card displays a colored gradient accent that corresponds to the organization's industry category, making it easy to visually distinguish between different brands or clients.
Quick Actions
The dashboard provides quick action buttons that let you perform common tasks without navigating away from the main view. The primary quick actions are “Create Organization,” “Generate Content,” and “Have your own creatives?”
The “Create Organization” action opens the onboarding form to set up a new brand or project. If you manage social media for multiple clients, this is how you add each new client to your workspace.
The “Generate Content” action is available on each organization card and triggers the full AI content pipeline for that organization. This runs sentiment analysis, generates copy, creates images, and delivers a fresh batch of posts to review — including feed posts, carousels, and stories for Instagram.
The “Have your own creatives?” button appears on each organization page below the stats cards. It opens a guided upload flow where you can select a platform, choose a post type (feed post, carousel, story, or reel), and upload your own images or videos. PostPilot's AI then generates an optimized caption and creates the post for you. This is the primary way to create carousels with your own photos or reels with your own videos.
Ctrl+N (or Cmd+N on macOS) from anywhere in the dashboard to quickly open the “Create Organization” form.
