Bulk Actions

Bulk Actions let you manage multiple posts at once instead of handling them one by one. When you have a batch of AI-generated content ready for review, bulk actions save you significant time by allowing you to approve, reject, or schedule dozens of posts in a single operation.

The feature is available in the grid view of your organization dashboard. Once you enter selection mode, you can pick individual posts or select them all, then use the toolbar that appears at the bottom of the screen to perform your chosen action.

To start selecting posts, click the Select button in the toolbar above the post grid. This toggles selection mode, which adds a checkbox overlay to each post card. Click the button again (now labeled "Cancel Select") to exit selection mode and clear your selection.

While in selection mode, click on any post card to toggle its selection. Selected posts display a highlighted border and a filled checkbox. You can select posts across different platforms and statuses in the same operation.

The bulk action toolbar at the bottom of the screen shows a real-time count of how many posts you have selected.

All selected posts will be moved to "approved" status. They are now ready to be published or scheduled.

Rejected posts are moved to the "rejected" filter tab. They remain in your system and can be reviewed or edited later if needed.

All selected posts will be scheduled for the chosen time. They will appear in the "scheduled" filter tab and on the content calendar.

The bulk action toolbar is a fixed bar at the bottom of the screen that appears automatically when you have one or more posts selected. It displays the selection count and provides action buttons for Approve All, Reject All, Schedule All, and Deselect.

Click Deselect to clear your selection and exit selection mode. The toolbar will disappear once no posts are selected.
