Content Templates
Save your best posts as reusable templates and build a library of proven content.
Overview
Content Templates let you save high-performing or frequently used posts as reusable starting points. Instead of writing from scratch every time, you can select a template from your gallery and create a new post pre-filled with proven copy, hashtags, and even images.
Templates are organization-scoped, meaning every team member can access and use the same template library. They support categories for easy filtering and track usage counts so you can identify your most popular templates.

Gallery
Open the template gallery by clicking the Templates button in the toolbar above the post grid. The gallery is a modal that displays all your saved templates with search, category filtering, and platform filtering.
Each template card shows the template name, platform, category badge, a preview of the copy text, and the usage count. Click "Use Template" to create a new post from a template.
Using a Template
When you click "Use Template", a new post is created in your queue with the template's copy text, hashtags, and image pre-filled. The post starts in "pending" status so you can review and customize it before approving.
The template's usage count is automatically incremented each time it's used, helping you track which templates are most valuable to your team.
Categories
Templates can be organized into five categories:
- Promotion — Sales, offers, product launches
- Engagement — Questions, polls, community interaction
- Educational — Tips, how-tos, informational content
- Announcement — News, events, updates
- Custom — Anything that doesn't fit the above
Use the category filter in the gallery to quickly find the type of template you need.
Managing
You can delete templates from the gallery by clicking the trash icon on the template card. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
